The RoadDemo App

The App stores the following data on your device, which is never sent back to me:

• Any custom scenarios you have saved
• Your setup in the options menu
• The last version of the app that you opened. This allows for a message to be displayed when new features are added, but the data is only used locally on your device, and is not sent back to me.

This Website

No personal data is collected by this website. If you follow a link to a third-party site, these sites may collect data according to their own policies, but may also share data they collect with me, which will be processed according to these terms.

Google Play Store

Google Play Store may share with me:

• Feedback left on the store page, which I may view on that platform and act upon, but I will not reproduce without obtaining your consent
• Anonymised statistics which I may use to identify issues with the app.

Ko-fi

Voluntary payments for versions of the app obtained outside of an app store (e.g, the web version) are managed using the platform Ko-fi. This platform, and the payment provider accessed through them, may process your data according to their own polcies, and some data may be shared with me:

• Data relating to a payment, which I will store only as much of as necessary for my financial records
• Any messages you provide on the platform, which will be processed in the same manner as any other social media platform as detailed below.

Communications

Any communication on a third-party social media platform is processed according to that platform’s terms. I may reply to and act upon messages on these platforms, but will not store or reproduce these outside of these platforms without your consent (unless required for legal proceedings).

Any communications sent directly to me (e.g., by email) will be stored by me for reference purposes, but will not be reproduced without your consent (unless required for legal proceedings).
